In 2004, Stephen Klein left a senior role at a major corporate firm where he saw, firsthand, the asymmetry between how well-resourced parties are represented and how individuals and smaller businesses are often served — by overloaded attorneys, delegated to paralegals, managed toward whatever outcome closes the file fastest, to start something different.
His founding principle was simple: every person deserves an attorney who listens, advises honestly, and fights without compromise. Where the file stays with the attorney, the strategy belongs to the client, and the standard doesn’t drop because the client isn’t a corporation. Two decades later, that founding principle still drives every case we accept and every strategy we build.
